Terms of service

Effective date: October 11, 2026

These terms govern use of oleon3d.com and purchases of physical products from OLEON3D LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Our store currently sells and ships to US destinations only. Review the terms and applicable product information before ordering. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Our Privacy Policy describes information handling.

Customers and orders

The store is intended for adults with legal capacity to enter a purchase contract. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery details and keep account access secure. Orders are subject to availability and payment verification. We may contact you to resolve suspected fraud, inventory issues, or errors. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled goods. We will not impose a changed price on a paid order without your agreement.

Products and safe use

Products are marketed for adult use, decoration, or collecting as applicable to their listings. 3D prints can break and create small pieces. Miniature products and detached parts can present choking hazards. Some products contain magnets or lighting components with button or coin batteries. Keep these products and components away from children and pets and follow all product instructions and warnings. Do not use damaged products. Battery ingestion can cause severe injury or death; obtain immediate medical attention for suspected ingestion. Adult-use statements do not replace applicable safety requirements.

Printed products may have visible layer lines and reasonable variations in color or finish. Product photos and screens may display colors differently. Such variations do not excuse goods that are defective, misdescribed, or otherwise fail applicable legal requirements. Digital files sold or distributed on separate platforms are outside this store's physical-product checkout.

US shipping, prices, and payment

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only. International shipping is not offered. Prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and available payment methods are shown through the store and checkout.

Production, dispatch, and delays

Under normal circumstances, items already available usually ship within 1–3 business days after purchase. Items that must be made take longer. Travel for events can delay dispatch by approximately 1–3 weeks; current estimates should be shown before purchase. Carrier transit estimates are separate from production and dispatch time. We do not guarantee arrival on a particular date unless expressly agreed.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe represented for your order, we will provide a delay notice and offer the choices, cancellation, and prompt refund required by applicable law. If fulfillment is not possible, we will notify you and refund the unfulfilled order. General travel language does not waive these obligations.

Cancellations

Email info@oleon3d.com promptly to request cancellation. Voluntary cancellations are reviewed case by case and may be approved only if the items have not yet been made. A request is not approved until we confirm it. This restriction does not override legally required withdrawal, delay-cancellation, or other remedies.

Final sales and arrival defects

Except where required by applicable law, sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an item arrives defective due to an Oleon3D error, please contact info@oleon3d.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number, a description, and photos if reasonably available. Our usual resolution is a replacement; if a replacement is unavailable, we offer a refund. Do not send an item back until we provide instructions. The requested reporting window and preferred remedy do not limit any mandatory warranty or consumer rights.

Shipping damage and missing parcels

Contact us promptly about shipping damage or a missing parcel. Please keep damaged goods and packaging for carrier inspection and provide reasonably available supporting information. We generally pursue available carrier insurance first, then review unresolved cases individually. Coverage, reimbursement, and claim timing depend on the carrier and shipping service. Insurance denial does not remove customer remedies required by law, and this process does not transfer all delivery responsibility to the customer.

Custom projects

Custom physical projects are arranged individually through Shopify draft orders or invoices. The written quote or agreed project details should identify scope, personalization, approvals, price, production estimate, and any special cancellation conditions before payment. Customer-submitted materials must be lawful and supplied with rights or permissions necessary for us to perform the project. You grant us permission to use those materials for the agreed project; this does not transfer ownership to us or authorize unrelated promotional use. Project-specific terms do not waive customer rights required by applicable US law.

Store content and acceptable use

Respect intellectual-property rights belonging to Oleon3D and other rights holders. Purchasing a physical product does not grant rights to reproduce its design or use protected branding. Do not misuse the store, interfere with security, submit unlawful materials, or use fraudulent payment or account information. Third-party links and services have their own terms.

Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Oleon3D is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from store use or purchases. Any permitted limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable statutory product rights, fraud, or personal-injury liability. No provision requires customers to waive mandatory legal protections. Florida law governs these terms except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Contact info@oleon3d.com first so we can try to resolve an issue; this does not prevent access to courts or other remedies available by law.

Updates and contact

Terms may be revised prospectively, with an updated effective date and notice where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
